MEMBERS ON THE MOVE - New Hires

Lockton’s Northeast Employee Benefits Practice welcomes Ryan Czado to their employee benefits team as Director of Pharmacy Solutions for the Northeastern U.S. Ryan has a strong history of leading teams in the pharmacy and health space. He will be based in Lockton's Boston office and will lead the pharmacy consulting efforts in the Northeast region, servicing clients in Boston, Hartford, New York, Philadelphia and Washington DC. 

Karen Reynolds has joined Torchlight as the new Client Success Manager.  Karen brings years of experience in both communications and working with clients to achieve measurable results for themselves and their workforce.

MEMBERS ON THE MOVE - Promotions

Aetna is pleased to announce several promotions within their National Account New England Market.  Bill Bruce has been promoted to Vice President Client Management, Kristin Sziklas has been promoted to Senior Account Executive, Jay Castro has been promoted to Senior Account Manager, and Tim White has been promoted to Senior Account Manager.

Robyn Bartlett of Marsh & McLennan Agency recently published an article about the importance of strong ancillary networks in the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans’ February 2019 edition of Benefits Magazine

Susan Glover, Benefits and Wellness Manager for CDM Smith, will be running the Boston Marathon for Team MR8.  It will be her first marathon, and she will raise funds for the Martin Richard Foundation.  Martin was the youngest victim of the Boston Marathon bombing. The foundation is dedicated to kindness, inclusion, sportsmanship and volunteerism.

Marsh & McLennan Agency is pleased to congratulate three of their colleagues for being named to NAPA’s Top U-40 List.  Doug Kublin, Consultant; Andrew Ziergiebel, Client Executive; and Andrew Bayliss, Senior Vice President have been included on the National Association of Plan Advisors list of Top 100 Plan Advisors Under 40.

John J. Sinibaldi Jr., Director of Client Services for Spring Consulting Group, has been appointed to the Harvard Pilgrim Group Broker Advisory Council and Allways Health Partners Small Group Broker Advisory Council, two regional healthcare industry advisory councils created to drive innovation in small group insurance.
