Membership Categories and Pricing

NEEBC offers a variety of membership opportunities to meet the needs of a diverse community of benefits professionals.

Activation & Term: Membership activates upon payment of dues and lasts 12 months from the date of payment. Example: If dues are paid on 9/2/2025, membership expires on 9/2/2026.

Renewal: You can renew as early as two months before expiration / upon receipt of your renewal invoice.  If payment is delayed, reminder notices will be sent through the grace period and lapse.  If you renew before expiration, 12 months will be added to your current expiration date.  If you renew after expiration, 12 months will be added to the date of reactivation.

Individual Membership - $215 per year
The individual is entitled to all membership privileges.

Organization - $795 per year ($280 savings)
The advantage of organization membership is discounted membership for 5 Linked Org Members. The designated Key Contact is the member who manages the organization membership, including annual renewal.  For information on linking additional Linked Org Members, over the five (5) included, please see below.

Additional Linked Org Members - $150 per member per year ($65 savings per person)
Additional members (over the 5 included) can be linked to the Organization Membership for $150 per person per year.  There is no limit to the number of additional Linked Org Members.  To enroll additional Linked Org Members, please contact the NEEBC office at 781-684-8700 or [email protected].

Associate/Student - $50 per year   
This special category accommodates students enrolled in full-time undergraduate or graduate school, as well as employees in transition.  To enroll as an associate/student, please contact the NEEBC office at 781-684-8700 or [email protected].
