Group Mentoring Program

The primary goal of the program is to help empower emerging benefits professionals by sharing industry knowledge and providing information on the skills needed to succeed. The program provides an informal, relaxed forum in a group setting to discuss real-life business and career challenges with experienced benefits professionals and peers within the NEEBC community.

Please note that this is not a 1:1 mentoring program that pairs individual emerging benefits professionals with experienced professionals. Sessions are run in a small group setting. However,1:1 mentoring on an ad-hoc basis may be offered as optional and in addition to the group sessions.
